Pet Friendly Las Vegas Hotels
So you didn’t have the heart to drop off your dog at the kennel, we get it (those sad puppy eyes will get you every time). Luckily there are lots of pet friendly hotels in Las Vegas, both on and off the strip, for you and your four-legged travel companion to enjoy. VegasView.com is your source to conquering Las Vegas with your best friend, so what if your wingman is furry and slobbers.
There are many dog friendly rooms and services available on the Strip, in North Las Vegas hotels, and downtown Las Vegas hotels, although many of them charge a fee. Be sure to call ahead of time to verify, as many of the Las Vegas pet friendly hotels have weight and size restrictions on the animals they allow to stay.
The Trump Hotel and Casino urges hotel guests to ‘not leave Fido behind’ by providing amenities including a plush dog bed, gourmet dog treats, toys, a map of dog-friendly places, a dog walking service, pet room service menu, and even ‘bowser beer” (yes you read that right). If that’s not enough, the Paws Massage Package pampers you and your pooch with a 30-minute massage by a licensed masseuse. Talk about rolling out the red carpet! Your pet may never want to leave. Other pet friendly hotels on the Las Vegas strip that offer similar pet stay programs include Ceasars Palace, Planet Hollywood, Harrah’s, Paris, and the Rio.
If you’re worried about leaving your pet alone in the hotel room, there are many pet-friendly outdoor activities to choose from. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, about 30 minutes outside of Vegas, is a great place for hiking and has breathtaking scenery (just be sure to keep dogs on leashes). There are also around 20 dog parks around the Las Vegas area, including Desert Breeze Dog Park and All American Dog Park.
